Placing Your Order

A list of available payment methods will be displayed at the checkout when placing your order.

We reserve the right to withhold any order from despatch in order to process further security checks. This can delay an order for up to 36 hours. If your offer to purchase goods is refused, any money paid by you will be refunded.

How do I change the currency on the site?

Click the appropriate currency symbol at the top right of the page. When you click one of these symbols, the page you are on will refresh and all prices will be displayed in your new currency. Prices will be displayed in your new currency until you change it again, even if you leave the site and come back later.

Do I have any Legal Protection?

You are protected by the normal laws of England and Wales, in particular by The Consumer Rights Act 2015. Full details of your legal rights are available in the UK from your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or your Local Authority’s Trading Standards Office. If you believe that your card has been used for an unauthorised transaction, we recommend you contact your card issuer and the local Police department.

Sales Tax:

For any customer purchasing goods inside the UK, European Union, Australia, Norway (under NOK3,000), New Zealand (under NZD1,000) Switzerland and Singapore (under SGD400) VAT/GST is included within the price shown at the applicable rate for that country. Children's clothing is zero-rated for VAT purposes in the UK and is therefore charged at 0%. For any customers purchasing outside the above countries all prices exclude any applicable VAT/GST.

For customers purchasing goods in the US, US Sales Tax will be added at the basket based on the applicable rate for the State of delivery. This is only applicable to those states where Fanatics has an economic nexus.

Customs & Duty:

For orders shipping to the UK, EU and Canada, any relevant duties & taxes will be displayed and collected at the checkout. For orders shipping to other countries, any import duties, or similar charges due on your order will be levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, and we advise you to contact your local customs office for further information.
